Griffin's Birthday

Griff turned 4 and had his party at GAGE, the same place Emerson had her party. The kids had a great time bouncing, swinging and being crazy.

Soccer

We signed up the girls to play soccer on the same team which was adorable.  Emerson liked it sort of and Easton wasn't interested in the least so it was a long 8 weeks.  We finally got Easton to play an entire quarter the second to the last game of the year.  I'm not sure we'll do soccer again but I've got some cute pictures for posterity.

Disney World!!!

 Our Disney trip went off without a hitch- all 9 of us went and we had the BEST time.  The kids were great and what I thought would be a once in a lifetime trip I'm already looking forward to the next one.
We told the kids 5 days before we left for Disney at Sunday Night Dinner.  We had breakfast for dinner with my mom's famous Mickey Mouse pancakes.

Our house was super fancy- 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and a pool.  I could have stayed for a month.

Our first day was St. Patrick's Day and we went to Magic Kingdom.  Amazing.

This was Ryan's favorite ride as a kid so we rode it first.

We treated the girls to a princess makeover at the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique.  It was definitely one of the highlights of the trip- they got their hair, makeup and nails done.

Once Emerson was made up like Princess Merida, we had to meet her.  She was awesome.

The afternoon parade goes down Main Street every day at 3 and it was a good time to sit down, relax and have some ice cream.

Day 2 was at Epcot- we had our princess breakfast at 8:15 and the park doesn't open until 9 so we had it to ourselves for awhile, so to speak.  It was awesome.

Oh, my.  The princess breakfast.  Each princess came to every table to meet the kids and sign autographs.  They had a princess parade that all the kids got to walk around the restaurant with the princesses holding their hands.  I went into the ugly cry I was so excited for them,  It was amazing.

We may or may not have sort of sneaked Easton on Soarin'.  She loved it- we just held on to her extra tight.

Meeting Jasmine was one of Emerson's highlights.  Jasmine said she definitely approved of Emerson's ensemble.

Day 3 was Hollywood Studios- the girls wanted to get their faces painted and since we were in Disney we said, "Okay!"

This is one of my favorites- she's just buried in Sully.

Day 4 we went back to Magic Kingdom.  There was impromptu dance party with Pluto and the gang.

I'll be honest- I think I wanted to meet Rapunzel more than the girls did.  She did not disappoint...

We went later in the day so we could stay for the nighttime parade.  It was a great way to wrap up our incredible week.  I'm already planning a Disney Cruise in my head...
