Easter Weekend

Easter weekend- so busy- so much fun. The Hoyts were in town so my mom graciously hosted all 9 kids under the age of 6 at her house. We had the best time catching up and letting the kids run around.

She also bought a bounce house.  We've successfully killed a large patch of grass in her backyard.

The kids couch picture, oldest to youngest.  (Audrey wanted to sit in the chair- she's in it, that's all that matters!)                                                                                                                                       


Ryan had a great idea to have the Easter Bunny "ring the doorbell" and leave the girls' baskets on the front porch. They loved it.

 

They got their Eater eggs at Grandma Margaret's house.

The KC Zoo

We took the girls to the zoo last Saturday- it was about 90 degrees and entry was free. A win win, right? For the most part it was fun (the crowds were insane) but Ryan did win the right to veto anything else I want to drag us to that's free. (He's already used it once.) The girls had a great time and that's all that matters, right? At least that's what we kept telling ourselves...

The DR

We got the kids married and what a great trip it was. The ceremony was incredible and it was so good to get away for a few days for some R and R. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves...
